By using our repair services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and customers of Volt Repair Shop.

Service Description

Volt Repair Shop provides professional device repair services for smartphones, tablets, laptops, and gaming consoles. Our services include but are not limited to screen replacement, battery replacement, water damage repair, and general troubleshooting.

Service Terms and Conditions

All repairs include a 1-year warranty on parts and labor
We use only high-quality, genuine or compatible replacement parts
Repair times are estimates and may vary based on device condition
Data backup is customer responsibility before repair
We are not liable for data loss during repair process
Payment is required upon completion of repair
Unclaimed devices may be disposed of after 30 days
We reserve the right to refuse service for safety reasons

Customer Obligations

As a customer, you agree to:

Provide accurate device information and problem description
Backup important data before repair
Remove device passwords and security features
Pay agreed-upon repair costs upon completion
Collect repaired device within 30 days
Report any issues within warranty period
Follow device care instructions after repair

Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in Euros (€) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is due upon completion of repair services. We accept cash, bank transfer, and major credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Warranty Coverage

Our warranty covers:

1 year on all repairs and replacement parts
Covers defects in materials and workmanship
Does not cover physical damage or misuse
Warranty void if device is opened by unauthorized personnel
Free re-repair for covered warranty issues
Warranty transferable with device ownership

Limitation of Liability

Volt Repair Shop's liability is limited to the cost of the repair service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to data loss, business interruption, or lost profits.

Data and Privacy

We respect your privacy and handle your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We may collect and process your data for service provision, communication, and legal compliance.

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Volt Repair Shop and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Belgium. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Leuven, Belgium.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
